Suprada Constructions Pvt Ltd
Suprada Constructions Pvt Ltd was established in 1982 as a registered partnership firm in
Dharwad, Karnataka with an aim to cater to public infrastructure demand in northwest region
of Karnataka state. The firm had humble beginnings taking up small govt contracts in the
irrigation department. It executed several canal, embankment, cross drainage works in the
region.
The firm steadily built upon its experience in the irrigation projects and expanded into drinking
water supply field. The key project came up during construction of new Bagalkot town in 1996
for rehabilitation of dispersed people of old town due to the proposed Almatti Dam. The firm
carried out drinking water supply project for Bagalkot Town Development Authority (BTDA) with
27MLD water treatment plant.
Subsequently several water supply, irrigation, storm water and
underground drainage projects were successfully commissioned across the state. Recently the
firm has commissioned the first of its kind multi-village water supply scheme on DBOT basis for
Pandavapura taluk, Mandya district. The firm was converted into a private limited company
in April, 2018.
With more than 50 projects in its portfolio and a strong focus on quality and timely completion
of projects, the company has emerged as a leading contractor in water and wastewater
vertical in Karnataka state.
